* Follow Hwy 15 North of St. Cloud, MN.

* Turn by Hennen's Furniture at the County Road 134 Stop Light.

* Take the 2nd right at Perkin's on Connecticut Avenue. 

* Drive 3/4 of a mile on Connecticut Ave. to the Sartell water tower.

* We are located on the right in the Neurosurgery and Spine Building.

* Enter the main entrance with the number 166 above the door.

* The Center for Pain Management office is the 1st door on the right.
